Household Activity

The Household Activity report displays all the audit activity in the households compiled by the search criteria.

You must enter a Road name and Postcode:

• The House name and/or number is optional. A % wildcard character can be used for partial information in any field, for example, in a postcode LS15% displays all addresses start with LS15.
• The more exact an address the less data is returned.
• The AUDIT TYPE shows the data as a LIVE, EDITED or DELETE record and the EVENTDATE is the system date/time of the audited event.
• The INPUT OPERATOR is the member of staff that created the audited event.
• The Family No. displays if the patients are linked as a family, if the number is the same for each patient.
